Scoutra started in 2026 out of frustration with manual YouTube research - opening channels one by one, copying numbers into spreadsheets, losing hours to work that should take seconds.
The problem
Influencer research used to mean opening YouTube in one tab, a spreadsheet in another, and spending a full day on a list of a hundred channels - subscriber count, view numbers, engagement, contact details, country of origin, all copied by hand. Multiply that across a campaign with thousands of potential creators and it becomes one of the most time-consuming parts of the job.
Existing tools that solved this were built for enterprise teams with enterprise budgets. There was nothing fast, affordable, and focused purely on getting clean YouTube data out quickly. So we built it.
